Hi Bonnie. I'm sorry that you are not satisfied, however, I feel you may be mistaken about my item. These earrings are hand-made by me in Lake Country, BC, Canada, and are not intended to be for children. It is absolutely not free to ship to or from any of those places including within Canada. I do my best to have the shipping and handling charges as close to my cost as possible and they are clearly displayed during the checkout process. How is the delivery time calculated?
The delivery time is calculated from the business day after the item is mailed to the first delivery attempt. Don’t count the day the item is mailed, weekends or statutory holidays.
Can I upgrade my shipping method?
To keep shipping costs low for you, at the moment I only offer basic shipping without tracking. If you need faster delivery please send me a message.
Care Instructions
- Jewelry and accessories are intended for ages 13 and older (unless specified otherwise)
- Please store silver plated items in the plastic zip bag included with your purchase or in another form of protected storage away from open air.
- Clean jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth with warm water. A gentle jewelry cleaner or soap and water may be used to polish the chain.
- Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals such as hair products, cosmetics, and body lotions. Remove jewelry while bathing and swimming.
- To prevent damage of jewelry, remove while performing manual tasks such as exercising, moving furniture or heavy objects, gardening, etc.
- Take care while dressing/undressing so the jewelry does not become caught on clothing.
